Routine maintenance: On the basis of daily maintenance, it is sufficient to perform maintenance every six months or one year
1. Conduct a comprehensive inspection of the water, electricity, oil, gas, and other components of the generator set to confirm if the unit is functioning properly;
2. Test the machine without load for 5-10 minutes to ensure sufficient lubrication of the unit; Judging the usage status of the unit through listening, watching, smelling, and other methods;
3. Replace consumables such as air filters, diesel filters, engine oil, engine oil filters, water filters, oil-water separator filters, etc;
4. Replace the coolant in the cooling water tank and the radiator;
5. Add battery liquid or distilled water;
6. After maintenance is completed, conduct another inspection of the unit and clean it thoroughly;
7. Test the unit without load for 5-10 minutes and record all performance parameters of the unit.
Maintenance plan suitable for long-term operation of generator sets: (such as construction sites, factories with frequent power outages, transformer loads insufficient, project testing, places where mains power cannot be pulled, etc., generator sets that require frequent or continuous operation)
First level technical maintenance: (50-80 hours) Add daily maintenance content
1. Clean the air filter and replace it if necessary;
2. Replace the diesel filter, air filter, and water filter;
3. Check the tension level of the transmission belt;
4. Add lubricating oil to all oil nozzles and lubrication parts;
5. Replace the cooling water
Secondary technical maintenance: (250-300 hours) Add content to daily maintenance and primary maintenance
1. Clean the piston, piston pin, cylinder liner, piston ring, connecting rod bearing and check their wear condition;
2. Check whether the inner and outer rings of the rolling main bearing are loose;
3. Remove scale and sediment from the cooling water system waterway;
4. Clean the carbon deposits in the combustion chamber and intake/exhaust passages of the cylinder;
5. Check the wear and tear of valves, valve seats, push rods, and rocker arms, and perform grinding adjustments;
6. Clean the turbocharger rotor of carbon deposits, check the wear of bearings and impellers, and replace them if necessary;
7. Check if the bolts connecting the generator and diesel engine are loose or have loose teeth. If any problems are found, they should be repaired and replaced.
Third level technical maintenance: (500-1000 hours) Add content to daily maintenance, first level maintenance, and second level maintenance
1. Check and adjust the fuel injection angle;
2. Clean the fuel tank; 3. Clean the oil pan;
4. Check the atomization condition of the fuel injector nozzle
